Engagement path

Committees rarely need a brochure about “process innovation.” They need to know who holds the unopened applications, when the arithmetic is finished, and how findings reach the evaluation chair. This page is that map.

1. Scoping

You send the invitation, the number of applications, languages required, and the award-meeting date. We confirm conflicts, propose a fee, and name the engagement lead. No work begins until the deposit clears and the confidentiality undertaking is signed.

2. Intake

Packs arrive by encrypted transfer or sealed courier to Level 5, 50 Phaya Thai Road, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400. We log each application, check completeness against the invitation’s submission checklist, and pause the calendar if pages are missing.

3. Recalculation

Two reviewers rebuild unit-rate extensions and read contingencies against the invitation rules. Material variances are logged with page references. Market-band comments appear only where a defensible public reference exists for that class of work in Thailand.

4. Opinion letter

You receive a dated letter stating scope, findings, exceptions, and questions for the panel. Annexes hold the recomputed schedules. For recalculation-only work, the deliverable is an annotated workbook plus a one-page variance note.

5. Briefing

The engagement lead walks the chair through the exceptions — usually a sixty-minute call or meeting. We do not attend the full evaluation session unless the engagement letter expressly includes that role.

Cadence that fits award calendars

Most single-lot audits finish in five to twelve working days after complete intake. If your award date sits closer than that, say so on the contact form so we can either decline politely or propose a narrower recalculation engagement.
