Fees
Fixed fees scoped to pack size — not subscription tiers. Exact quotes follow a short review of the tender documents.
Procurement packs vary wildly in page count and lot structure. We quote a fixed fee after a free scoping review of the invitation and a sample application. The figures below are starting references for planning, not a menu of automatic checkouts.
Starting references
| Offering | Typical starting fee (THB) | What drives the quote |
|---|---|---|
| Procurement application audit | 85,000 | Number of applications, lots, bilingual schedules, and delivery date |
| Bid schedule recalculation | 18,000 per application | Sheet complexity and whether quantities must be rebuilt from drawings notes |
| Pre-award financial opinion | 45,000 per shortlist | Size of shortlist and depth of residual contingency review |
Multi-lot hospital, estate, or municipal packages are quoted as a single engagement once we see the full pack. Urgent calendars (under five working days for a full audit) carry an agreed rush supplement stated in the engagement letter.
What the fee covers
Document intake, recalculation, written deliverable, and one briefing with the evaluation chair. Courier of sealed packs inside Greater Bangkok is included when we request originals. Travel outside Bangkok is billed at cost if an on-site reading is required.
What changes the fee
- More than five applications on a single-lot audit
- Separate financial models for each option year or maintenance period
- Handwritten schedules that must be transcribed before recomputation
- Parallel Thai and English opinion letters
Deposits and timing
A 40% deposit confirms the start date. The balance is due when the opinion letter or annotated workbook is delivered. Invoices are issued in Thai baht. See our Refund policy for cancellation and rescheduling rules.
