A concise financial stance on the shortlisted applications once technical ranking is largely settled.
Use this when two or three applications remain and the board wants a clear financial reading before signature. We examine only the shortlisted packs, highlight residual contingencies and escalation risk, and state whether any figure would change our ranking advice if the technical scores stay as reported.
The deliverable is shorter than a full procurement application audit and assumes technical evaluation notes are already available to us under a confidentiality undertaking.
