A full financial reading of supplier applications against the invitation to bid, delivered as a written opinion for the evaluation committee.
Who this is for
Procurement officers, evaluation chairs, and project owners who must award goods, works, or services under a formal invitation. The audit is aimed at the financial layer of applications already received — not at drafting the invitation itself.
Result you receive
A dated opinion letter that states which applications were examined, which schedules were recomputed, where figures diverge from the invitation, and which questions the committee should ask before ranking. Annexes list page references so members can open the same sheets in the meeting room.
Scope included
- Intake of the invitation, clarifications, and complete application packs for the agreed lots
- Recalculation of unit rates, quantities, extensions, provisional sums, and stated contingencies
- Cross-check of currency, tax treatment, and escalation notes against the invitation rules
- Comparison of claimed costs with publicly visible market bands for the same class of work in Thailand, where such bands exist
- Written exceptions list and a short oral briefing (up to 60 minutes) for the evaluation chair
Outside scope
We do not score technical compliance, site inspections, or supplier past-performance interviews unless separately commissioned. We do not replace your legal counsel on protest risk. Incomplete packs may be returned for completion before the fee clock starts.
How we work
- Scoping call — confirm lots, languages (Thai and/or English), and delivery date for the opinion.
- Secure intake — applications arrive by encrypted transfer or sealed courier to our Ratchathewi office.
- Arithmetic pass — two reviewers recompute schedules; material variances are double-checked.
- Opinion and briefing — letter issued; optional call with the chair.
Timeline and place
Most single-lot packages of up to five applications finish in five to eight working days. Multi-lot hospital, estate, or municipal packages usually need eight to twelve days. Review happens in Bangkok or remotely once documents are received; we do not require suppliers to visit.
Preparation
Send the invitation, addenda, clarification logs, and each application’s financial schedules in searchable PDF or spreadsheet form. Flag any reserved prices or confidential benchmarks the committee already holds.
Fee basis
Fixed fee quoted after we see the pack size. Starting reference appears on our Fees page. A 40% booking deposit confirms the calendar slot; the balance is due on delivery of the opinion letter.
