Terms of use
Terms governing use of this website and engagement of API Layer Path services in Thailand.
Acceptance
By browsing https://apilayerpath.digital or engaging API Layer Path for a financial audit of procurement applications, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission our work.
Services described
Pages on this site describe professional audit and related advisory work. Published fee ranges are informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties sign an engagement letter and any required deposit is received.
Intellectual property
Site content, opinion letter templates, and our working papers remain the property of API Layer Path unless an engagement letter assigns specific deliverables to the client. Clients may use delivered opinion letters and annexes for their procurement files and internal governance. Republication of our letters outside the client organisation requires prior written consent.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide complete tender documents, disclose known conflicts, and ensure they have authority to share supplier applications with us under applicable procurement rules. Incomplete or misleading packs may delay or void the agreed delivery date.
Confidentiality
We treat unopened applications and client instructions as confidential, subject to legal compulsion or the client’s written permission to disclose. Engagement letters may add stricter handling rules for sealed packs.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, API Layer Path is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For commissioned work, liability is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where Thai law prohibits such limitation (including cases of wilful misconduct). Our opinions assist evaluation committees; award decisions remain the client’s responsibility.
Website accuracy
We aim to keep site information current but do not warrant that every page is complete or error-free. Temporary outages may occur.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or engagements booked through this site, unless an engagement letter specifies otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
